By purchasing this product, you will receive:

One printed Ms Maths Workbook, shipped to the postal address you provide.

Lifetime access to a set of matching video lessons hosted on the Thinkific platform, accessible via your email login.

Each page of the workbook is paired with a corresponding teaching video delivered by qualified educators.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Workbooks are shipped from Australia.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Pre-oder products might take longer, please refer to the description of the product on product page.

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

3. Digital Access to Video Lessons

After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to access the video lessons via Thinkific.

You may be required to create a Thinkific account using the email address you used at checkout.

Access is granted for personal use only and must not be shared with others.

4. Refund/Return Policy

As this product includes digital content and a physical workbook, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to access the video platform due to user error.

If your workbook arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement.
